Co-owner and Chaos Coordinator

Jamie is the visionary behind the mission, serving as Marketing Lead and self-proclaimed “Office Chaos Coordinator.” A true jack of all trades, he brings creativity, drive, and heart to every aspect of the work.

As a devoted father, Jamie’s journey began when his daughter faced challenges in early childhood. Determined to find answers, he went to the ends of the earth—exploring every resource, asking hard questions, and refusing to settle until he found the support his family needed. That experience ignited a deep passion for family-centered care.

Today, Jamie is especially committed to offering hope and guidance to families navigating the uncertainty of their own journeys. He understands what it feels like to be in the thick of it, and he’s driven to make sure no parent has to walk that path alone.

Katherine Warner

Operations Lead

Katherine is a dedicated mother of two energetic boys and a wife who understands the joys and challenges of busy family life. Through her own experiences, she has developed a deep connection with parents and their desire for better, more intentional health choices for their children.

Katherine is committed to helping parents navigate these critical stages with confidence, empowering them to give their children the strongest possible start in life.

Lexi Koeppen

Lead Care Advocate

Lexi is the Lead CA at Perfect by Design. Her journey with chiropractic care began several years ago when she received her first adjustment from her father-in-law, and she was amazed at the difference it made. As a lover of all things related to holistic health—especially fertility and pregnancy—she enjoys being part of the Perfect by Design team. She considers it a blessing to share her own story while also hearing the experiences of their wonderful patients.

When she is not in the office, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband, often watching Lord of the Rings or hiking at Kennesaw Mountain. She also loves baking with her sourdough starter and reading a good book. ✨📚

Carter Weber

Care Advocate

Carter is a student at Life University and a dedicated cheerleader who recently made the move from Ohio to Georgia to pursue her passion for health and wellness. She plans to begin the chiropractic program in 2027 and is excited to continue learning and growing as she works toward a future in chiropractic care. With a strong enthusiasm for helping others, Carter is motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact in her community.

She loves staying active and brings energy and encouragement wherever she goes, whether she’s cheering on the sidelines, working out, or spending time outdoors. Known for her upbeat personality, Carter enjoys spreading positivity and connecting with new people. She values building meaningful relationships and is always eager to support those around her while embracing new experiences in this exciting season of life.

Cindy Trujillo

Care Advocate

Cindy is a mom to a beautiful little girl. She first connected with PBD as a patient during her pregnancy and has continued care postpartum for both herself and her daughter. In her free time, Cindy enjoys attending sporting events, especially Braves and Atlanta United games, and loves the energy and experience they bring.

Her heart for people, combined with her personal journey and passion for serving families, makes her a perfect addition to the Perfect crew. You’ll see Cindy supporting the community in both the West Cobb and Douglasville offices, and she’s excited for others to experience the same benefits she’s received through PBD.
