Greta came in to Perfect by Design upon recommendation from her OB as they were at a standstill to find the root cause of the pain she was experiencing during pregnancy. She had tried stretching and breathing exercises, “but there was only so much I could do on my own. I was experiencing lots of pain and discomfort in my upper back and right rib area. It made sitting or being on my feet for long periods of time uncomfortable.”
Upon seeing her scans and areas of highlighted subluxation (stress) on her Nervous System, Greta felt comforted knowing that she was on the right path. “I was grateful for the knowledge of how my body was adapting to the pregnancy, and insight as to how to care better for myself moving forward.”
Consistent care was an absolute game changer for Greta! Over time, Greta’s pain continued to decrease and she no longer felt as though she needed to find ways to stay off her feet throughout the day. She continued care postpartum and loved the feeling of support from the docs at Perfect by Design.
“After giving birth I was grateful to receive such amazing support each week when coming in for my adjustment. I feel I have a better understanding of how I am taking care of my body, and learn ways to improve with each visit. I love how heard and seen I feel each visit. My thoughts are graciously listened to, and questions answered on how to improve my self care in regards to what was observed during my adjustment.”
Greta gives a special shoutout to the office as she enjoys the private area specifically set up for nursing and changing your baby. Every Mamas dream when heading out of the house with a baby!
