A Year in Review: 2024

Where to even begin with 2024? What a year it was for Perfect by Design. To be honest... it started out quite rocky. In early January, a local man experiencing a medical emergency ran off the road and straight into our building. Luckily we were closed and no one was present at the time of the incident but it sure did start our year off with a bang. We had to trust that God had a plan and we pivoted quickly and efficiently with the help of our community, our team, and our incredible patients.

Our West Cobb Location got some TLC with new flooring, paint, rugs, toys, and more as we renovated in record timing, welcoming our practice members back in our doors just a few short weeks later.

Team Growth

We had SO many wins in our offices as the year went on. First, we welcomed so many new team members! We had Kayla, Kathryn, Riley, and Gabriela join our team throughout the year in 2024. They have been such great additions to the team and we're excited to see what 2025 has in store for growth.

Celebrating wins with practice members

What an INCREDIBLE year it was celebrating wins with our practice members! We had two kiddos reach the milestones of ONE YEAR seizure free. We had patients who:

-Kiddos who finally got constipation relief
-Kiddos who are finally VERBAL and making big progress in speech and communication
-Families experiencing wins together
-Kiddo who got a haircut without any tears (except the tears coming from Mama)
-Finally got their menstraul cycles back after years of irregularity
-Mamas who got positive pregnancy tests
-Practice member who graduated from the police academy
-Kiddos with less anxiety + more confidence
-Kiddos who are no longer having bathroom accidents and can recognize when they need to go
-Practice member who has had the best year yet in regards to immune system help
-Kiddos who have been able to cancel surgeries and medications due to their huge progress
and SO MUCH MORE

Celebrating births of new mamas + new babies

So many new mamas have entered our doors in 2024! We have had the honor of seeing existing practice members get positive pregnancy tests for their first pregnancy (and seventh). What a blessing it is to get to play a part in your journey from preconception, through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Workshops and Events

We hosted quite a few workshops in 2024 that were SUCH a blast! We hosted Raising Healthy Kids, Perfect Storm, and Birth and Beyond Workshops several times throughout the year, connecting us with so many incredible families in our community! Our team also had the chance to volunteer at the West Ridge Breakaway event, a day for parents of special needs children to drop their kiddos off with approved volunteers to get a few hours of respite. We had such a wonderful time with this event and look forward to another coming up in 2025!

Marriages

Dr. Nikki and Kayla had big life changes in 2024. They both got MARRIED! Kayla got married to Tyler in March and Nikki got married in June to Clay. They were both such beautiful ceremonies

Looking ahead to 2025

Nothing makes us more excited than looking ahead to the new year. We have so many fun things in store for our offices and cannot wait to meet brand new families in 2025. We look forward to seeing you there!
