Technique
Our docs are constantly staying up to date with the latest research and training on prenatal chiropractic care. We have specific training to care for Mama before, during, and after pregnancy. Part of this technique includes the Webster method. All of our docs are Webster certified! The Webster Technique is a gentle chiropractic technique that focuses on three main areas- the sacrum + pelvis, the round ligaments, and muscles such as the psoas and piriformis! Our docs use the Webster Technique to release pressure and tight muscle groups to balance the pelvis and allow the uterus to relax! This technique is gentle and helps minimize the pressure on the uterus, empowering the baby to be able to move into the birth canal and engage for the upcoming labor!
Giving birth is both physically and emotionally demanding and your body has been thrown into overdrive! Continuing care postpartum will help with recovery post birth and help boost your energy to care for your new bundle of joy!
